All of Madeleine's animal oil portraits are painted on traditionally stretched and primed canvases. She uses hand-made frames, built to size based on the requirements of the client or on her recommendation.
An oil painting will typically take between 4 to 8 weeks to produce. She will advise on the preferred composition, and will often paint from photographs.
