Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3 business days, provided items are in stock, if the item is not in stock and will be made to order, you will be notified by email. In this instance order will take 5 – 10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time:
Once your order is dispatched, please allow up to 3 additional business days for delivery via standard UK shipping services.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the delivery location and order size.

Order Tracking:

Please note that custom commissions are unique and created specifically for you, therefore they are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item you received is proven to be defective or incorrect, in which case we will provide guidance on return shipping.
