Please note that custom artwork/commissions are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. Lead times for delivery may vary depending on the product and order volume.

3. Orders and Payment

No account is required to place an order. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payments via third-party providers such as PayPal

4. Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Shipping times vary based on product type and availability. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Delivery
Shipping paintings is not as straightforward as say a pair of shoes. However, we have tried to make it as simple as possible. We have tried to keep the costs down as much as we can. Most paintings that are framed and glazed need to be suitably wrapped and packaged, which can add to the overall postage costs. Large paintings need to be moved by a specialised service and hence the fairly large cost. But you can rest assured that your purchase will be delivered in perfect condition. Smaller items will be sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will be delivered by a tracked service, usually within 2-3 days. The specialised service takes a little longer, a week to 10 days.
Delivery Costs
There is a minimum delivery charge of £3.00 after which it is calculated at 10% of the item’s value, this seemed like a fair reflection of the postage but also the packaging costs.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please contact us directly at within 14 days of receipt to discuss eligibility and next steps.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Custom commissions are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
